Let’s see your handiwork! Yup, the dreaded hands- left or right, your choice. Or, be brave and do both! George Bridgman drew hundreds of hands- there’s even a book about them! We suggest using graphite or charcoal and assorted blending tools for this workout, and the always useful kneaded eraser. No turkey hands, please! This traditional practice will sharpen your observation skills and aid your appreciation of the artist’s most used tool.
This week at Wet Paint, the extensive line of sketching and drawing materials from Derwent are 15% off our everyday price! Choose from the thick lead Sketching series pencil, the soft nature tones of the Drawing series, or the classic Graphic graphite series. For those inclined to use wet media, there is even the water-soluble Graphite Wash series. Try one or try them all! We gotta hand it to Derwent, these pencils are on point!
